PRESTIGE STAMP BOOKLET of the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China stamp issue.


Macao Post, China Post and Hongkong Post will jointly issue a prestige stamp booklet, it includes three souvenir sheets from the three postal administrations under this stamp theme, the face values for each souvenir sheet are MOP10.00, RMB6.00 and HKD10.00 respectively.

Artwork from the Culture Mix of East and West

A cidade de Jingdeshen, na província de Jiangxi, tornou-se conhecida como a ‘Capital da Porcelana’ durante a dinastia Ming, após o seu desenvolvimento durante as dinastia de Song e Yuan.

Os dois selos desta emissão, representam pinturas sobre um único painel de porcelana, pintada com várias cores e cozida em forno.

Os Correios de Macau, para esta emissão, duas

pinturas sobre porcelana do mestre pintor macaense Sou Farong. Estas duas obras, constituem as maiores pinturas jamais efectuas sobre uma ]unica pe;a de porcelana.

The city of Jingdeshen, in Jiangxi province, beca

me known as the 'Capital of Porcelain' during the Ming dynasty, after its development during the Song Dynasty and Yuan.

The two stamps of this issue, represents paintings of a single panel of porcelain, painted with various colors and baked in oven.

Macao Post chose for this issue, two paintings on porcelain made by the Macao painter Sou Faro
ng. These two works constitute the greatest paintings ever made on a single piece of porcelain.

60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

No dia 1 de Outubro de 1949 era proclamada a República Popular da China, um dos maiores acontecimentos históricos mundiais do século XX e de particular importância para a China.

Desde essa data, uma impressionante revolução cultural, política, social e económica, foi realizada, permitindo que a China ocupa-se o seu natural lugar de líder no Leste Asiático.

Conjuntamente com estas comemorações, são também celebrados os 10 Anos de Retorno de Macau à Grande Pátria China.

On 1 October 1949 was proclaimed the People's Republic of China, a major world historical events of the twentieth century and of particular importance for China.
Since then, an impressive cultural, political, social and economic revolution was performed, allowing China deals with its natural place as a leader in East Asia.

In conjunction with these celebrations, are also celebrating 10 years Return of Macao to China Great Motherland.
